The latest news from Bayern Munich is that the club has signed Dayot Upamecano,Campeonato Brasileiro Action a French centre-back who will join the team in January.
Upamecano was born in Senegal but moved to France with his family when he was just four years old. He started his career at Paris Saint-Germain before joining RB Leipzig in 2019.
He made his debut for the German champions in their 5-0 win over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga on Sunday and immediately impressed with his performances.
Bayern Munich manager Julian Nagelsmann said: "We're delighted to have Dayot Upamecano as part of our squad. He brings a lot of experience and quality to our team."
Upamecano is only 20 years old but already has plenty of international experience under his belt. He played for Senegal at the Africa Cup of Nations last year and also represented France at the U-17 and U-21 levels.
Nagelsmann added: "Dayot is a very talented player with a great future ahead of him. We believe he can be a key player for us this season."
